ROSE
[Hana Uzu Series] (HARUKA) ⚫︎Rose -ROSE- 🇨🇩Supported by the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Congo in Japan📍Exhibited at the "Brilliance of Raw Stones" Exhibition held at Shibuya Hikarie 508×610mm [2024] china ink, gold paints, japanese paper
This is one piece from the Haruka series of paintings. Like a bud that blossoms into a brilliant flower. Without separating masculinity and femininity, or the world of yin and yang, I hope that the swirls of the world within one's heart will be unraveled, harmonized, and awakened. The painting is colored in black and gold. Black → the darkness of this world Gold → the radiance of femininity. These colors are mixed with White → enlightenment, Blue → youthfulness, and Red → vitality, resulting in a work that shines with the soul. ___________ The common theme of the works is a strong woman who walks independently even in the darkness of this world. As the artist myself, I am a woman, and my experiences of being drawn to stars and the universe are reflected in the motifs. In addition, I use traditional Japanese materials [washi paper, ink, and gold paint] to express my inner self. ___________ A rose 🌹 blooming as it unravels the swirls Its appearance, accepting everything as it blooms, feels like "love" itself ✨ You are me. I am you. May the flow of yin and yang in your heart move towards integration.
